Formerly a two-unit apartment building, this handsome greystone was developed into a single-family residence.  A new two-story rear addition replaced the old enclosed porches with a new enclosed stair, a breakfast space open to the first floor kitchen and a roofed and screened-in sleeping porch on the second floor.  The first floor front entry and stair area was opened up to the living room and rear spaces were combined to make a kitchen, family room and breakfast area all open to each other.  The second floor has become the family's bedroom and bath areas.
